There are 2 pubs within 1 mile at St. Briavels going up the hill and 1 in Llandogo going down the hill. Llandogo is about 1.5miles away and there is also an excellent Londis village shop there which sells nearly everything.

Chepstow (9 miles ) including Tesco
and Coleford ( 4 miles ).
